SCHEDULING:
We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance to ensure your preferred time and service are available. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 571-969-6864. Phone center hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

ARRIVAL:
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you are late, it may be necessary to shorten your time with us to accommodate the next client. Traffic is an ongoing issue in the Washington area, so please leave yourself adequate time to make your appointment. Evening appointments are generally fully booked so it is imperative to be on time.

LATE CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY:
Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. We often have a waiting list and can accommodate another client if we are given sufficient notice. If a client does not call to cancel an appointment or calls less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment, a $25 missed appointment fee will be charged.

GRATUITIES:
You may tip your service provider at your discretion.
